Watts was appointed by the client to provide project and development monitoring services for this new build property. The eight-storey building provides a mixed-use development of high-quality units, comprising a restaurant on the ground floor and office accommodation. The building is constructed using a reinforced concrete frame and clad with bespoke stone-faced panels with aluminium glazed windows. The building has been designed with high environmental performance characteristics. The client, a Madrid-based investment company, commissioned Watts to undertake monthly building monitoring inspections and report on the findings. Furthermore, Watts was instructed to attend snagging inspections and provide guidance for the client during the handover meeting.
