New Campus Glasgow comprises the amalgamation of three main colleges in Glasgow: the Glasgow College of Nautical Studies, Central College and Glasgow Metropolitan College. Between the three colleges, they amass over 12 buildings within Glasgow City Centre. A number of the buildings were already earmarked for demolition, however four buildings, one of which was a listed property, were to be refurbished. Watts provided Condition Surveys of all four buildings to enable the design team to assess condition and prepare the design brief for refurbishment accordingly.
