Watts was appointed to undertake a combined quantity surveyor/contract administration role on an extension project to Loughborough University Athletics Facility, which is to be a base for one of the competing nations during the 2012 Olympics.
Watt’s brief was to collate the contract document, manage the administration of the tender process, report on cost, execute the contract and monitor cost/valuations during the construction phase.
