Watts was appointed to provide intrusive building condition survey services to the Strathclyde Partnership for Transport Subway. The scope of work included fourteen operational subway stations, a large stores facility and the main SPT Subway Depot on the south side of Glasgow. The surveys identified and prioritised all repairs and maintenance works required to the properties inspected. The fire risk assessments covered all aspects of fire safety and identified non-conformances and areas of poor housekeeping.
