Watts provided technical due diligence on behalf of the proposed purchaser. Our services and report included a review of the building structure and fabric, review of tenant fit-out works and demised areas, commentary on building defects, and a proposed maintenance programme. Watts undertook a review of statutory compliance, an environmental audit of the property and site, and provided advice on the potential refurbishment and redevelopment of the centre, which comprised around 19,602 sq m of accommodation. Watts' role included the appointment and co-ordination of specialists to report on building and infastructure services.
