Liberty House is one of London's most prestigious Grade II Listed buildings and is located on Regent Street in the heart of London's famous West End shopping district. The building was completed in 1926 and represents an excellent example of a steel frame, stone cladding construction with unique classical detailing. Until recently, the property was occupied by the famous Liberty store at ground and first floor levels.
Watts was commissioned to project manage the full external repair and redecoration of the building, including stone cleaning and repair, overlay roofing system and window decorations.
