Watts was commissioned to carry out planned preventative maintenance/roof condition surveys of the entire portfolio of Brent's primary schools to support their capital works programme. The surveys were turned around within a month to achieve the client’s own reporting deadline. The survey template and reporting format was agreed in advance with final output data capturing roofs and components such as condition, age, life expectancy and recommended repair, quantity and cost.
