Foremarke School comprises 22 buildings, variously Grade I and Grade II Listed. The buildings range from early Georgian to late 20th century. In 2006, Watts drew up a rolling maintenance programme for Foremarke School which has occupied the 22 buildings on this site since 1947. The maintenance programme was costed against approximate quantities for a ten-year restoration and regeneration scheme.
