Sofia Airport Centre (currently in the process of construction) consists of an office and logistics centre, a hotel and a car parking lot. The building is located next to the Sofia International Airport and covering a total land area of 142 300 sq m.
The client commissioned Watts to provide space planning and project design services; project co-ordination, consultancy and construction supervision, all related to the space planning of leased premises in favour of the tenants at SAC. Watts also consulted on architecture, heating, ventilation, plumbing, acclimatisation and electricity and all other specialty design factors that were required in the leased premises.
