Watts was appointed to carry out a technical building survey of the Admiral Office Complex in Nieuewgein, comprising office buildings and parking facilities. The existing property covered 30 000 sq m of existing buildings and works included a pre-construction assessment of 20 000 sq m of new buildings. The commission also included carrying out risk analysis of the technical status of the buildings and compliance with legislation.
