Watts was appointed to carry out a detailed technical due diligence inspection of Kantoren Euroborg, a 6 000 sq m office development that is part of Euroborg, the football stadium in Groningen. Watts arranged for engineers to undertake a building inspection report incorporating an inspection of the mechanical and electrical services installations. A detailed maintenance schedule for the property was also provided.
