Watts appoints new Associate appointments

Philip Holman BSc (Hons) MRICS and Victoria Weeder BSc (Hons) MRICS, of Watts’ London office, have accepted invitations to become Associates.

Philip Holman joined Watts in May this year as part of the London PCG Building surveying team. Since joining Watts, Philip has quickly become a valued member of the team and been instrumental in securing and starting to deliver a key commission for Eton College. In addition, Philip has taken the lead on a £4m scheme for Camden Council on the Gospel Oak Estate and been working with the team on the £2m restoration of Ewell Court House for Epsom and Ewell Borough Council following a serious fire. Philip will continue to work with the PCG management team, taking an active role in leadership of the building surveying team.

Victoria Weeder joined Watts in April last year as part of the Commercial Building Surveying team in London. Since qualifying in 2004 she has gained broad experience in both the public and private sectors. With ten years PQE behind her it’s not surprising she has dealt with some rarely encountered opportunities; working on a scheduled ancient monument and co-ordinating archaeological investigations, bat flight paths and badger foraging lines! We wish her well developing in her Associate role.
