Watts at ACES Presidential Conference

Watts will be attending at the Association of Chief of Estates Surveyors annual presidential conference on 22 and 23 September, at The Goodwood Hotel, Goodwood, Chichester.

Watts’ Public Sector team will be represented by Mark Few. (Director, London)

In preparation for this conference, the team has recently issued a local government-focused bulletin which highlights some of the key challenges being faced by the sector, such as procurement and the impact of environmental legislation. This week also marks the release of our inaugural academies bulletin, which offers property-related advice and information to schools joining the scheme. Please contact Mark Few on the details below to receive a copy of either bulletin.

Watts’ specialist Public Sector team comprises project managers, building surveyors and cost consultants, all operating throughout the UK office network.  The team has led, reviewed, managed and supported many major programmes and projects for local authorities such as London Borough of Camden, Leeds City Council, Rochdale Metropolitan Borough Council and Stockport Metropolitan Borough Council.
The team’s comprehensive experience across all aspects of the property life cycle, from portfolio condition surveys and refurbishment, to EPCs and OJEU reviews, enable Watts to provide an unrivalled service to this sector.
