Watts Consultants BV was established in July 2007. This joint venture and strategic alliance partnership with Stevens van Dijck aims to extend our technical expertise into Benelux. Watts Consultants BV provides the full range of due diligence, specialist technical advice, project monitoring and maintenance management services to the Dutch and Belgian property markets, with our partners Stevens en Van Dijck providing project management services.
The office now boasts an extensive list of both UK-based and local clients ranging from property investors, developers and private individuals.
In addition to offering strategic services, Watts Consultants BV uses a network of associated companies that can provide clients with expertise in energy and services installations and environmental risk assessments.
