Watts appoints James Derbyshire as a Director

James Derbyshire BSc (Hons) has been promoted to Director.  Since joining in August 2003, James has been an integral part of Watts’ expansion into Europe, most notably playing a lead role in the establishment of the Group’s offices in The Netherlands and Sweden.  He has considerable experience in a wide range of core building surveying activities, acquiring an expertise in dilapidations, landlord and tenant issues, contract administration and project management.

James is fluent in several languages and, as a result, has undertaken, managed and assisted as technical translator in a number of projects in Benelux, Germany and Scandinavia.
