Compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements is an increasing management necessity. Watts undertake a range of roles which encompass audit, inspection and advisory services to assist our client’s in achieving statutory and legislative compliance.

We regularly perform the role of Principal Designer under the Construction (Design & Management) Regulations 2015 on projects where we have a design role or in an advisory capacity to support duty holders where we are not designer. This means that we not only assist in planning, facilitating, managing and monitoring health & safety on construction projects, but can undertake specific tasks such as the preparation of pre-construction information or audit contractors on a piecemeal basis.

We are also able to combined our technical excellence in technical due diligence and building pathology to provide specialist advice on such aspects as fire compartmentation and safety auditing through our in-house IOSH qualified team members.
