Spotlight on Manchester

Manchester Director, Simon Walker and his team are celebrating the office's 23rd birthday this week. We've been an established presence in the North West ever since our Managing Director Ian Ford opened Watts' Manchester office in 2003. It's an exciting time in this part of the world and with both a valued national and regional perspective, we are looking forward to attending the Northern Powerhouse conference and dinner later in February.

Our work with the Co-operative Group has always been an important part of the office's work and we're delighted that it continues to this day with the current batch of 23 planned preventative maintenance surveys, as well as the project management of a £1.65million new retail development in Hexham.

We also have a wide variety of other work including a number of Rights to Light cases and dilapidations work totalling more than £4 million in claims and a £1.6 million conversion of a Grade II former Court House to 21 residential flats.
