84 Moorgate Electra House & 74 Moorgate Tower Chambers

Watts were appointed as PM and EA on this landmark building located on the junction of Moorgate & London Wall. This project draws on our past experiences as PM working with the City of London. The buildings will incorporate a new roof extension and upgrade of the listed Electra House to BCO plus standards and the extension and new build of 74 Tower chambers.

Following a comprehensive Feasibility study options appraisal, Tower Chambers will become Grade A commercial offices and Electra House will become a new Central London education facility for an Art & Design University.

The buildings will embrace BREEAM and WiredScore to create Grade A office space within the confines of a Grade ll star listed property adjacent to the historic site of Moorgate.
