Watts was appointed to procure and co ordinate third party contractors to investigate and repair water ingress believed to be originating from a concealed gutter at fourth floor level of a high end office building on Oxford Street.
Our team managed the project from initial scoping through to final completion, undertaking site inspections, stakeholder engagement, and ongoing project oversight. To meet the client’s objectives, Watts provided full design and specification services, prepared tender documentation, appointed the contractor under a JCT contract, and undertook post contract administration of the works. Watts also fulfilled the role of Principal Designer on behalf of the client.
