Watts was appointed to deliver a comprehensive Vendor’s Building Survey Report for a large-scale mixed-use site comprising of a shopping centre, 60 retail units and two office blocks.
Our multidisciplinary team carried out a full suite of technical assessments including a Building Fabric Survey and Report and a Building Services Survey and Report covering mechanical, electrical, and vertical transportation systems, including lifts. Additionally, a Phase 1 Environmental Report to evaluate existing infrastructure and identify critical issues.
Our dedicated team managed the project from initial scoping through to final delivery, including site inspections and stakeholder meetings. The client’s data site was reviewed with the findings of specialist third-party reports incorporated within our report to ensure accuracy, comprehensiveness and strategic alignment with the client’s long-term objectives. Our structured reporting process progressed from a first draft through to a detailed and actionable final report.
